Ubaje Terms & Conditions — What you need to know before using the platform

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Ubaje ("Ubaje", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "your"). By accessing or using Ubaje's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Ubaje reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any user at any time, without providing a reason — particularly if a user is found to have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

Each person may only register one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, phone number, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Ubaje strictly prohibits underage gaming. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. When creating an account, you must confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Ubaje may request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide them may result in a temporary account suspension.

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 BDT
• Maximum deposit amount: BDT 5,00,000 per day (subject to change based on account level)
• Deposits are generally processed instantly
• No deposit fees are charged

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT
• Processing time: usually 1–24 hours
• Withdrawals will be sent to the mobile banking number used to make the deposit
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC is not completed

Ubaje offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, deposit bonus, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer details.

General bonus terms & conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — typically 10–30x the deposit or bonus amount
• Bonus funds and real money are tracked separately
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned through a bonus
• Attempting to claim the same offer more than once will result in the bonus being cancelled
• Ubaje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting on Ubaje:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
• Bets must be placed before the event starts, or within the designated time window for live betting
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded
• Ubaje reserves the right to void bets if match-fixing or known manipulation is suspected
• Bets recorded during a technical fault will be verified against data stored in Ubaje's system

If incorrectly listed odds ("palpably incorrect odds") appear in Ubaje's betting markets, Ubaje reserves the right to void the affected bets. The full stake will be refunded in such cases.

All casino games on Ubaje use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring outcomes that are fair and unpredictable. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is listed in the game details.

• The outcome of each game session is entirely independent and is not influenced by any previous results
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the outcome will be determined based on the data recorded in the system at that point
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final
• If a game is interrupted due to a network disconnection, the wagered amount will be automatically returned to your account

Ubaje follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent money laundering and ensure user safety. KYC documents may be requested in the following situations:

• For large withdrawal amounts (generally over ৳50,000)
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account
• At Ubaje's sole discretion, at any time

Ubaje may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Failure to provide KYC documents
• If found to be underage

Users may also close their own account by contacting the support team. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure.

Ubaje takes a firm stance against all forms of fraudulent activity. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Bonus abuse (claiming the same bonus more than once)
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Using an account for money laundering purposes
